This session focuses on our ability to create a business case to move and idea or activity forward. How to develop a winning business case, what investment measures can you use, how and when to make the perfect pitch.

Audience: Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders who would like to develop their "Pitch", so it is pitch perfect and get better at providing the right conditions for business success.

Outcomes:   Participants will have a clear action plan based on; Understanding the need for a business case, testing your case, structuring the pitch, and delivering your business case.
